Ace Varion (エースヴァリオン) is a Brave Robot from The Saint of Braves Baan Gaan, exclusively in Brave Saga 2. One of the Varion Series, he is formed through the Ace Change (エースチェンジ) combination technique of Motovarion and the support machines Land Fire, Marine Speeder and Sky Sonic, in that exact order. By rearranging the combination order of the 3 support machines, Ace Varion can transform into Savior Varion or Max Varion. The unit's pilot is Shizuma.

Triple-tube machine guns mounted on the sides of Ace Varion's head.

Beam cannons mounted on the forearms, also used by Savior Varion.
- Twin Ladder Buster (ツインラダーバスター)
Double-barreled heavy beam cannon formed from Land Fire's ladder halves.
- Graviton Viper (グラビトンバイパー)
Ace Varion fires a powerful energy blast from his chest.
- Ace Destroyer (エースデストロイヤー)
Ace Varion blasts all of his weapons at the enemy. Main finisher.
