Drill Boy is the fourth member of the Build Team division, brought online after the original three members were constructed. He is the youngest on the team, as evidenced by his childlike demeanor and obsession with soccer.
Drill Boy has two forms, a drill tank and a jet mode. He can also combine with the rest of the Build Team to form Super Build Tiger.
